From the Hills to Flatlands, Bike Lane Links Add Up
The SF Bicycle Coalition is proud to announce that bike lanes on Portola Drive are making their way to the pavement soon. These bike lanes, approved thanks to many hours of work of Bicycle Coalition volunteers, will create a safer connection for people commuting over Twin Peaks on Portola Drive between Corbett Avenue and O'Shaughnessy Boulevard, and connect to the recently completed bike lanes on Laguna Honda.
Mark Allen G Garzon on Flickr has a really nice, inexpensive storage and display solution for his bikes: closet brackets. Quite brilliant.
It's just a mock up but I can't wait for this thing to arrive.
